About the clinic
The Clinic for Dissociative Studies is a national center of specialist expertise in the care and treatment of people with dissociative disorders in the UK. It is a registered charity (number 1178552) and has worked for many years with people whose dissociative disorders, especially DID, developed in response to extreme trauma and abuse.
The clinic offers specialist assessments, which help confirm a diagnosis and plan the right treatment, and long-term outpatient psychotherapy with therapists experienced in DID and OSDD. It also works with NHS teams and trains other clinicians, and takes part in research to help the wider world understand dissociative disorders better.
The clinic can give general information and advice to people who think they may have a dissociative disorder, and to the people close to them. It does not run a helpline. To ask about treatment, talk with your GP or mental health team about a referral.
Ivory Garden does not endorse any program. This information is shared so you know what is out there. Please contact the clinic directly about current services and referrals.
